WINTER FISHING REPORT

Winter 2025/26– Winter time fishing in SE NC is a “Risk it for the biscuit” kind of affair! If you are willing to be a little chilly, you can have some really productive days. Catching a good prefrontal bite is usually a good time or if we have a series of a few warm days, the bite will turn on. Black Drum and Redfish are holding tight to structure and warm mud flats. Smaller bait profiles for artificial and cut fresh shrimp are the way to go this time of year!
